AQUION TITANIUM EXTREME DRY SUIT

The EXTREME is the ultimate drysuit manufactured with comfort, performance and strength in mind. Designed with a full underarm gusset and BIAS cut it offers the optimum blend in pliability and robustness. A front entry high level zipper combined with “fold-down telescopic body design” ensures extremely easy donning and maximum freedom of movement. A built in crotch strap ensures total security and a tidy personalised fit.

The suit is produced in a 480 g/square metre Butyl Trilaminate with a heavy outer polyester.

The fine weave polyester inner lining means easy donning and comfort, whilst the butyl membrane is impregnated with an alloy compound of Titanium oxide to offer an infra red thermal energy reflective barrier.

The suit is available in Black base and Royal blue body and arms and in a full range of mens and ladies sizings including “Shorts” and “Talls” to cater for every body shape.

BIAS CUT
New patented “Bias cut” pattern design back panel offering up to  an extra 5 inches of stretch in the body. All panels bias cut for ease of donning and maximum comfort and flexibility.

This patent applied for feature, revolutionises the membrane suit offering incredible comfort and enhanced body contouring with all the strength advantages of the tough and proven square woven trilaminate materials. The 45 degree bias cutting of all the panels and the redesign of the back panel results in a 15% stretch factor in every suit panel in both girth and vertical directions.

Wrist seals are heavy duty “Aquion Bottle” seals in “Seamtite” U.V. resistant Latex

5mm thick thermal neoprene boots with tough external vulcanisation, reinforced sole and fin cleats

“Ripple Pads” comprising 3 layers of folded 1000 Denier Cordura for the ultimate in wear resistance.

Cold water over-collar  in 3mm. neoprene with “composite skin” finish for extra warmth in the neck and excellent hood retention and sealing

Adjustable ankle cuffs with integrated weight pockets (6 to each cuff) with velcro retaining flaps for the weights

A large “Balloon” pocket with Velcro flap fitted to the right leg that offers high volume secure storage

“Tool pocket” pocket fitted to the left leg has a stainless steel “D” ring and Velcro flap for the carrying of larger tools/torches etc. and is also fitted with an internal flat pocket with Velcro closure

A velcroed secured cover flap to the front zipper ensures security and protection of the zipper

3M reflective tap bands around the cuffs offers added safety and visibility

A built in 25mm adjustable crotch strap ensures total security and a tidy personalised fit

Internal elasticated waist section for better fit and minimising air within the suit

Fitted with Elasticated adjustable braces as standard to offer a personalised fit to any body length

Supplied with a Low pressure hose with quick disconnect coupling.
